Absolutely not. This is the crucial difference. While you will be doing the building, our kits are specifically designed for this purpose with clear, step-by-step instructions. You are the hands-on assembler. However, for specific tasks like plumbing and electrical, you are legally required to hire licensed local tradespeople.
