- Kit B – Coming Soon
Our experience shows Kit A is the smallest unit 1-2 people can live in long term with dignity and comfort. It’s a good compromise for cost-effective accommodation.

This style and particular form of construction has just been released and we have been working on it for over 10 years, to develop it to a point where it is easy and simple and strong, and handyman-friendly, and of course cost-effective. Our low cost is due to mass production of materials.
Why?
From $25,000 + GST for a complete basic cabin in kit form. Our kits are built with all locally sourced components and materials – nothing is imported.

Fire Rating Evaluation: We are currently doing evaluation on the cabin’s fire rating, and we believe they are suited to have a rating of fire resistant and perhaps with double glazed doors and windows it may rate as fire proof as it is all steel construction.
Cyclone Rating Evaluation: Due to its integral strength and all steel construction we are currently evaluating the cabins to confirm they may be cyclone rated with a few strategic minor modifications, [still under evaluation and engineering] including and requiring double glazed windows and doors.

Design Your Perfect Interior
Your imagination is your limit to what you can do inside. You can even recycle a second-hand kitchen if you like, and fit it yourself. There are many places where you can buy wardrobes, kitchen cupboards and bench tops in kit form [like Bunnings or IKEA] or you can buy what you need from a kitchen supplier or fabricator and they will come and install them for you.
On this sample layout, you can see a set of 3 standing wardrobes, about 2 meters high and one metre wide, which will separate the bedroom from the living area, the kitchen is screwed to the rear of the 3 standing wardrobes that are screwed to the floor and one wall. That is a simple way of separating the bedroom from the living area. The wardrobe at 2 meters is not as tall as the roof (2.4 meters high) so it allows air flow from a reverse cycle air conditioner that could be fitted beside the front door or end wall, to blow warm or cool air over the top of the wardrobe and around the side of wardrobes, no bedroom door required. Option for a small bathroom in the corner – see the drawing – but remember you can do whatever you like inside.
